Detailed description
Composition: The vaccine contains attenuated strains of canine distemper virus, canine adenovirus-2, canine parvovirus, canine parainfluenza virus, inactivated canine coronavirus, as well as inactivated strains of leptospira serogroups Canicola , Icterohaemorrhagia, Pomona, Grippotyphosa.
Pharmacological properties: 14 days after the application of the vaccine according to the recommended scheme, active immunity is formed, which lasts up to 1 year against meat-eating plague (CDV), infectious hepatitis caused by adenovirus type 1 (CAV-1), respiratory diseases caused by adenovirus type 2 (CAV -2), parainfluenza (CPiV), parvovirus (CPV), enteritis caused by coronavirus (CCV) and leptospirosis caused by Leptospira canicola, Leptospira grippotyphosa, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae, Leptospira pomona
Doses and method of application:
Aseptically dissolve the lyophilized vaccine component with the liquid fraction (sterile suspension), shake well and inject 1 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Primary Vaccination: In clinically healthy dogs, administer 2 doses 3 weeks apart followed by a separate coronavirus component 3 weeks later. Primary vaccination puppies under 9 weeks of age should be given 3 doses of the combination vaccine at 3 week intervals to avoid interaction with maternal antibodies.
Revaccination: Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.
Contraindications: Not established.
Warnings: Do not vaccinate sick, weak or wormed dogs.
Release form: Vials 25×1.0 ml with vaccine and solvent – 2×1.0 ml.
Storage: Dry, dark place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature from +2°C to +7°C. Do not freeze!
Shelf life: 18 months. The contents of the vial must be used immediately after opening.
