{"id":7526,"date":"2021-05-18T21:49:01","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T16:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/megavet2.vasco.ge\/product\/leishmania-canis-antibody-rapid-test\/"},"modified":"2021-08-25T13:47:57","modified_gmt":"2021-08-25T09:47:57","slug":"ehrlichia-lyme-anaplasma-heartworm-combo-test-2","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/megavet.ge\/en\/product\/ehrlichia-lyme-anaplasma-heartworm-combo-test-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Ehrlichia-Lyme-Anaplasma-Heartworm Combo Test"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>INTENDED USE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ehrlichia \u2013 Lyme &#8211; Anaplasma &#8211; Heartworm Combo Test (TBD-4) is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of tick-borne diseases antibodies against Ehrlichia <em>canis<\/em>, Ehrlichia <em>ewingii<\/em>, Borrelia <em>burgdorferi<\/em>, Anaplasma <em>phagocytophilum<\/em> and Anaplasma <em>platys<\/em> , and Dirofilaria<em> immitis<\/em> in dog\u2019s serum or plasma specimen.<\/p>\n<p>Assay Time:\u00a0 5-10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Specimen: Serum, plasma or whole blood<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PRINCIPLE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ehrlichia \u2013 Lyme &#8211; Anaplasma &#8211; Heartworm Combo Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>REAGENTS AND MATERIALS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Test devices<\/li>\n<li>Assay buffer for EHR-LYM-ANA (Ehrlichia, lyme, anaplasma)<\/li>\n<li>Assay buffer for CHW (Heartworm)<\/li>\n<li>Products Manual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>STORAGE AND STABILITY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The kit can be stored at room temperature (4-30\u00b0C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SPECIMEN PREPARATION AND STORAGE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pecimen should be obtained and treated as below.<\/li>\n<li>Serum or plasma: collect the whole blood for the patient dog, centrifuge it to get the serum, or place the whole blood into a tube which contains anticoagulants to get plasma.<\/li>\n<li>Whole blood: collect fresh blood for use directly or make anticoagulant blood for storage at 2-8\u2103.<\/li>\n<li>All specimen should be tested immediately. If not for testing right now, they should be stored at 2-8\u2103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>TEST PROCEDURE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25\u2103 before running the assay.<\/li>\n<li>Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.<\/li>\n<li>Place 10\u03bcL of the prepared specimen into the sample hole, matching the window CHW. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 100\u03bcL) of assay buffer CHW into the sample hole. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120\u03bcL) of the diluted sample into the sample hole \u201cS\u201d of the test card.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. No T line.<\/li>\n<li>Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>PRECAUTIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All reagents must be at room temperature before running the assay.<\/li>\n<li>Do not remove test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use the test beyond its expiration date.<\/li>\n<li>The components in this kit have been quality control tested as standard batch unit. Do not mix components from different lot numbers.<\/li>\n<li>All specimens are of potential infection. It must be strictly treated according to the rules and regulations by local states.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u> LIMITATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ehrlichia \u2013 Lyme &#8211; Anaplasma &#8211; Heartworm Combo Test is for in vitro veterinary diagnosis use only. All result should be considered with other clinical information available with veterinarian.
