1 ml of the injection solution contains:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Acute and chronic osteoarthritis, polyosteoarthritis \u2013 Subacute and chronic arthritis<\/p>\n
\u2022 Acute and chronic tendovaginitis, tendinoses and bursitis<\/p>\n
\u2022 Osteochondrosed<\/p>\n
Ophthalmologic:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Acute and chronic keratitis<\/p>\n

Dosage for each species, route(s) and method of adinistration:<\/p>\n
Method of administration:<\/p>\n
1) Intravenous (subcutaneous) administration<\/p>\n
a) Horses:<\/p>\n
Dose: usually 6 ml (60 mg).<\/p>\n
Number of doses: 3-7 doses, optimum 5.<\/p>\n
Interval between doses: 3-9 days, optimum 7.<\/p>\n
b) Dogs, cats:<\/p>\n
Dose: sightly lower, usually 3-5 ml.<\/p>\n
Number of doses: 3 \u2013 7 doses, optimum 5.<\/p>\n
Interval between doses: 3-9 days, optimum 7.<\/p>\n
2) Topical administration to the conjunctival sac:<\/p>\n
Dose\/number of doses: 1 \u2013 2 drops to the eye (conjunctival sac) every 2 \u2013 12 hours.<\/p>\n
Period of administration: 5 \u2013 60 days, possibly permanently (acute inflammation 5 \u2013 7 days, chronic inflammation until improvement\/cure).<\/p>\n
Advice on correct administration:<\/p>\n
Aseptic intravenous administration should be considered. The product is recommended in case of severe impairment of the eye, either with antibiotics or corticoids or it should be administered alternatively with these.<\/p>\n
Withdrawal period:<\/p>\n
Horses: meat and milk: No withdrawal periods.<\/p>\n
Storage precautions:<\/p>\n
Keep out of the reach of children.<\/p>\n
Keep at a temperature below 25\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
Protect from light.<\/p>\n
Protect from frost.<\/p>\n
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton.<\/p>\n
The product must be used immediately after first opening of the immediate packaging.<\/p>\n
Special warnings:<\/p>\n
May be used during pregnancy and lactation.<\/p>\n
Interactions with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction<\/p>\n
Do not administer simultaneously with kationic antimicrobial substances (erythromycin, amoxicillin, cefchinom), which cause precipitation.<\/p>\n
Other groups of substances: corticoids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, vitamins, minerals and ophthalmological products are fully compatible with hyaluronan.<\/p>\n
Compatibility studies are not available and therefore this veterinary medicinal product must not be mixed with any other veterinary medicinal products.<\/p>\n
Special precautions to be taken by the persons administering the veterinary medicinal product to animals<\/p>\n
Do not eat, smoke and drink during administration.<\/p>\n
Accidental self injection with the product could result in mild irritation of the site of injection. Seek medical advice in case of complications.<\/p>\n
In case of an accidental ingestion of the preparation, seek medical advice immediately and show the package insert or label to the treating physician.<\/p>\n
